Some of you may do your thinking over drinks because you tend to have a latte in mind. Here in Republik, we brought a whole new coffee & cocktail concept called Happy Stan for you to relax, enjoy a cuppa together and also offers comfort food ranging from small to big plates which pairs well with their speciality beverages.

A project by VCR & Karl, Stan for short was a writer named Stanton Delaplane. A modest guy who is a travel writer by profession. He introduced Irish Coffee to the owner of Buena Vista cafe in 1952 where the two spent hours perfecting the Irish Coffee method, floating the cream on top of the coffee to a point where he almost passed out. His story inspired them hence, “Happy Stan” comes alive. They took up this golden opportunity to establish a concept empowering bartenders and baristas alike.
